My Mission

My mission is to support women and non-binary folks, with a special focus on neurodivergent brains, by teaching manageable money habits through small, practical changes that align with personal values and encourage intentional spending — all in a way that works with the brain, not against it.

I’m an educator with over 15 years of experience helping kids and adults feel safe, seen, and supported. Today, I bring that same care to money coaching — helping you understand the habits, patterns, and beliefs beneath your money story so you can build something better.

As a neurodivergent woman, I know what it’s like to feel out of control of your money — and how deeply your financial situation can affect your overall well-being. My own journey includes debt, credit struggles, impulse spending, and missed moments with loved ones.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed. And I know how powerful it is to finally feel grounded and in control.

Through a blend of behavior science, lived experience, and compassionate coaching, I help women and non-binary folks — especially those with neurodivergent brains — build sustainable money habits that support their whole self.
